Hannah, Zac and I first met at Puritan Coffee in Fayetteville. We set up a time to meet and didn’t realize that it was trivia night at Puritan, but it didn’t deter us from hanging out outside. I remember how incredibly sweet they were with each other, how attentive Zac was to his bride. I knew instantly just watching them together that I wanted to be there to capture their wedding day.
These two are so so good together.
The morning of their wedding, Kristen and I arrived at Hannah’s Airbnb she rented for the night and to get ready in. Brides, if you’re stressing about where to get ready, an Airbnb is the way to go. More space than a hotel room, and if you find the right one, lots of good light and clean space. This little house in south Fayetteville was ideal. It matched their aesthetic perfectly!
The light streamed in as we gathered her details, hung up her dress, and captured the moments between her mom and her girls. You can usually tell how a day is going to go by the mood of everyone at the beginning of the day, and even a security tag left on Hannah’s mom’s dress didn’t deter these amazing women! They were so kind, and so happy for Hannah. It made our hearts so happy to be in that space with them.
Hannah chose to do a first look with her dad, which was so special. Afterward, Zac was set up to see her for the first time. I. Cannot. Handle. Their. Expressions. Literally one of my favorite first looks ever.
Every moment, from capturing the bridal party, to the family, to their intimate ceremony, to the dancing and their exit was filled with so much love and energy. This wedding was so near and dear to my heart. And fun fact – Hannah and I share the same birthday! We didn’t even find out until on our birthdays. Kindred spirits!
Hannah and Zac, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing us in to such a special day. Love you both so much and congratulations!
